In order to use the mini cupcake maker, you just need to allow it to heat up for a couple of minutes while you get your cake mixture ready.

Making Chocolate Cupcakes
Cupcake Recipe (Makes 14)
Ingredients:
- 125g softened butter
- 125g sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 125g self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
Chocolate Cupcakes
Method:
Mix together the butter and sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, flour and milk to the bowl and beat until the mixture is smooth.
Bake in the cupcake maker for 8-12 minutes.
To make chocolate cupcakes, just add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cupcake mixture.
Chocolate Cupcakes
If you would like to try different flavours, you can add vanilla, a little cinnamon or even some blueberries to the cupcake mix.
For a simple icing topping, add a little water to some icing sugar until you have a smooth paste. When the cakes are cool, drizzle some icing mixture over.
Little man and I have been making chocolate cupcakes and they were extremely easy to make.
