I’m already a massive fan of Denman hairbrushes, not only they are perfect for smoothing, shaping and styling, they also look great!
My first hairbrush was Denman Brush D3 Zebra, then I tried AnarKitty ‘Sassy’ Denman hairbrush and Denman D3 Kiss, and I loved every single one of them.
The great news is that Denman also has children brushes, so our little ones can have the same great hairbrush to look after their hair.
Little man was sent a BumbleBee Tangle Tamer (RRP £6.98) to try.
He loved it as soon as he saw it as it has a cool design and vibrant colour.
Take the ‘sting’ out of detangling with this BumbleBee Tangle Tamer!
The fast and gentle way to detangle children’s hair without the tears!
The super-soft nylon bristles gently glide through the hair, removing tats and tangles.
An air-cushioned pad follows the contour of the head for smooth damage-free grooming.
With a bright yellow handle and cute BumbleBee print, this Denman hairbrush will be every child’s favourite accessory!
Little man’s hair is quite long so he wasn’t a big fan of brushing his hair before having his BumbleBee Tangle Tammer.
Now he doesn’t mind me brushing his hair and he loves doing it by himself.
You can tell by his happy face how much he is enjoying brushing his hair with his BumbleBee Tangle Tamer.
As the handle is perfect for little hands, they can do on their own. BumbleBee Tangle Tamer is perfect for children and it has an unisex design, so it can be used by boys and girls.
The great news is that Denman is offering a BumbleBee Tangle Tammer to one of my readers.

Luckily for me my little boys have fairly easy to handle hair, so conditioning every other wash is enough, but my sister has a really hard time managing her daughters hair as it is curly and becomes tangled very easily. She conditions it every other wash and can spend up to an hour brushing it afterwards with a comb, often with leave in conditioner. She often wears her hair to bed in a plait to stop it tangling. I know she would be really appreciative of this brush.

I think you need to have plenty of time to brush hair and I have always started at the bottom, holding a small amount firmly higher up so that you don’t pull the scalp. When you have cleared any tangles at the bottom, simply move your hands up a bit and detangle the next bit until its finished.
